In our 25-hectare vineyard, we cultivate local and international grape varieties, resulting in harmonious wines that capture the heart and soul of Tuscany. We vinify and age each variety separately in the cellar and barrel room to enhance the characteristics of the terroir, allowing our wines to mature and achieve a perfect balance.

Surrounded by olive groves that stretch as far along the hills as the eye can see, Castelfalfi’s history is intimately linked to olive oil production. Today, we still passionately cultivate 10,000 olive trees of the most common varieties found in Central Tuscany, which we use to produce organic extra virgin olive oil, Toscano IGP. Our traditional cold pressing process means that the estate’s extra virgin olive oil boasts superb nutritional and organoleptic properties.

Because we carry out the production process entirely at our olive mill, we make small quantities of organic monovarietal oils when the season allows. Discover them all.

In addition to our high-quality wines and extra virgin olive oils, we also produce digestives and spirits, including gin, vermouth, an amaro and two grappas at Castelfalfi. We create our products by carefully selecting, tasting and combining aromatic herbs. Our bar manager then skilfully uses them to craft exquisite concoctions.
